How You’ll Make an Impact

Maintain the Contract Review Process by Supporting review of customer agreements 

  • Set up new reviews as submitted.
  • Review and analyze documents submitted for review to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with internal Company policies and procedures.
  • Identify standard potential liabilities, unfavourable terms and non-compliance issues as identified in contract review software.
  • Ensure all agreements are reviewed by the appropriate stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Coordinate the Company’s position (including risk mitigation) and work with Senior Contracts Manager, internal stakeholders and executives.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders on the status of open agreement review requests, and save signed agreements
  • Conduct training and education as identified Prepare all documents to be presented to customers (e.g. redlined agreements), and manage versions and changes
  • Manage document versions and deadlines using the internal software system as needed
  • Manage deadlines associated with all projects, and follow up as necessary with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Close reviews, following closing procedure to ensure tracking of fully executed records.
  • Prepare final agreements for sign-off by senior executives
  • Maintain a repository of executed signed agreements as returned from internal stakeholders.

  • Employee Onboarding – update and create review trainings as needed to be used within internal LMS training system

 

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • A University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Law or other related fields.
  • Self-starter
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience in contract review or contract management
  • Experience in development and improvement of processes
  • Project Management and Document Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including diplomacy.
  • Bilingual is an asset.
  • Experience with contract negotiation is a strong asset.
