Position Summary:

Johnston Equipment is looking for detail-oriented National Accounts Service Representative who is highly accurate and will be a vital part of the team to rectify discrepancies in work orders to mitigate service delivery delays. The ideal individual will manage national customer orders, move between various portals to ensure customers received timely and utmost high-end service.
 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create and follow-up on work orders.
  • Respond to inquiries via e-mail and telephone.
  • Mitigate delays in service
  • Report on service statuses.
  • Use excel to generate reports and must be comfortable working between various customer portals and systems.
  • Monitor customer service request portals.
  • Resolve request discrepancies
  • Collaborate with various personnel internally to guarantee the highest level of customer service
